Horizon Camera App Reviews

Ive been searching for an app like this ever since the first iPhone. It is very strange that Apple does not have this feature built-in already. While this is a very good app, it does not make use of the +- volume buttons to take pictures or start/stop video recording. This really defeats the purpose of the ability to hold the phone vertically to take videos using only one hand. The Tilt-to-zoom function is very clever. But, just like Apples inexplicable videocam design, there is no Pause function in Horizon either. The "Tutorial" is essentially a joke. Other than that this is a pretty solid app that still has room to improve. Designers should try using this app with only one hand to figure out where improvements are needed.

Cant get it on other devices with my family share and the 2K feature is not working. Other than those two problems this is my favorite camera app

Over all i love this app, its the only camera i use. Theres just one bug thats becoming a pain. When im recording on low storage a pop up comes up saying to free up space and doesnt save the video. Why doesnt it stop and save instead of deleting the whole video all together? Please fix this bug developers and thanks for your time. Good job by the way.

I purchased the premium version some time back and now this developer expects more money for all of the features. It is really annoying when IAPs are introduced after buying what was supposed to be the complete version. This practice is often associated with developers that abandon the consumer with their buggy app once they get your money. I have experienced this many times over the years with many apps and would therefore not recommend anyone buy this one.

In 2016, one of our biggest crisis facing man today besides poverty and climate change is vertical filming. This app effectively ends this problem! Share it!

This site is horrible! Every time I try to take a video the app closes automatically. This is irritating since I have to use this app to make a video for college class grade. Very unsatisfied!!!

This app is the answer to the "vertical video" problem. Apple should have built this into iOS. I like be this app and will use this instead of the default camera app from now on.

It doesnt let you record landscape video while holding the camera vertical, it just chops out a horizontal video out of the center of the vertical video, leaving the top and bottom unrecorded. I want my camera to record what my screen shows, but be landscape. I can rotate my dslr sideways and it records sideways, this refuses to record sideways without "helping"

While I love this app bc it records perfectly horizontally while in landscape mode, I realized that the audio is out of sync. I notice this during play back when Im listening and audio is COMPLETELY off sometimes by more than 3 seconds, please fix to make this a 5 star review.
